No shipping to PO Boxes or APO's.
In what versions are the tapes available?
Tapes are available in US/North American format (NTSC) ONLY. If you are outside this area you MUST have a "multi-scan" VCR to play them.
When will you ship my order?
This depends upon which payment option you have selected

How is my order packaged?
Will you ship to countries outside of the US?
We have had favorable customs experience in the following countries: Canada, France, Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, Great Britain (UK), Sweden, Norway, Italy, & Belgium. If you don't see your Country listed, email us and we'll advise you on whether we can ship there. There is now limited shipping to Asia. We are able to ship selected titles listed here to Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, and Australia. No other Asian countries currently are eligible for receiving shipments us.
Shipping outside of the US - are there customs charges?
Canadian customers
We have NO control over customs duties or other charges imposed by your Customs officials. Such charges can amount to as much as Canadian $14.00 per video OR MORE. We do not collect the charges in advance so customs will mail you a notice. DON'T IGNORE IT or your package will be returned and we will have to charge you again to re-ship which we will only do ONCE with prior authorization. Sorry to be the bearer of this news, but we don't make the rules.
International Customers
International charges are "estimates" and actual charges will be computed and an email sent with final amounts. We have NO control over customs duties or other charges and almost every country has them. If you want to know what they are in advance, contact your customs agents and be prepared for such charges to be more or different when you receive notice to pay. Again, we have no control over this, and our prices DO NOT in anyway include any such charges. Sorry to be the bearer of this news, but we don't make the rules.
How do I track the status of my orders?
Upon shipment of your order, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please be sure your email address is accurate, otherwise you will not be able to receive notification. If your Internet Provider or Browser filters out Spam, then you will probably not receive the notification. AOL may not have an option for turning off this filter. Nor will any follow-ups you attempt to send be received with Spam filters on.
